Different people take different resolutions on the eve of New Year. This year go for a New Year's fitness resolution to keep yourselves healthy and happy since good health not only keep you relaxed but helps you live a longer life.
If you are concerned about health and in the coming year dont want to suffer from any health hazards then try to have a new year's fitness resolutions. Make a plan for fitness resolutions before you implement them.

First try to set a goal for you keeping in mind your requirements. Try to avoid those which you have attempted earlier but failed to achieve. If you want to give a second attempt then try to make some changes keeping in mind the reason for your failure.
Dont make an elaborate plan instead try to proceed slowly. Inspite of making tough schedule try to attempt something easy. This may include some simple exercise like walking, yoga, meditation, a simple and healthy diet chart, and a health check up in some cases.
Give more emphasis on those which are easy and can be attempted at home rather than those where you need some professional advice.
Include morning walk in your daily schedule as you will be able to breath some fresh air but will remain fresh throughout the day.
Do some simple free hand exercise everyday. This will help in your blood circulation and you can remain active both physically and mentally.
The beneficial aspects of yoga has been realised all over the world. You can get rid of several health related problem if do yoga regularly.
Only yoga and exercise will not do. Try to maintain a diet chart and have fresh fruits and vegetable, juice and milk in your menu if you dont want to face any fitness problem.. You can also consult with your house physician in this regard.
If possible join a yoga or aerobics class or even a swimming class. As a new year's fitness resolution you can also try to involve yourself in some outdoor games.
Arrange for some sort of refreshment after you achieve each goal. These refreshments will definitely encourage you a lot.
Keep place for addition and alteration in your daily routine. Your fitness resolutions may not be apt for all cases. Hence try to make it as flexible as possible.
In your New Year's fitness resolution try to involve the members of your family. Make some resolutions for them also. Make a diet chart which the entire family can follow. If any member of your family is in his 40s or above take care to see that he goes for a regular health check up. Involve the children also and try to inculcate in them the need for fitness.
Remember that this New Year's Fitness Resolutions will not only help in the coming year but will also help you to remain active and healthy all your life.
